Beginning at the age of 20 in Racine, Tom laid the foundation for what would become a lasting family legacy. He initially built his business through the acquisition and operation of gas stations and car washes throughout the region, steadily expanding his footprint and expertise.
WHERE WE ARE TODAY...
More than thirty-five years later, Tom continues to build on that foundation alongside his children, Arianna and Rafi. Together, they now focus on commercial real estate, applying decades of operational experience, disciplined growth, and a long-term investment perspective to their portfolio.
Recognizing broader opportunities, Tom later relocated his family to Florida, where he partnered in the growth and operation of SuperLube Oil Change Centers. Over time, the business developed into a successful multi-location enterprise, ultimately culminating in its sale.
